Tuesday, January 12 Fly to San Antonio, hopefully flying out of Eugene. 

If you live somewhere else and another airport is better for you, we can deal with that if needed. Transfer to Drury Hotel Riverwalk at 201 N. St. Mary St. in San Antonio where we spend 6 nights.  Our hotel features Hot Breakfast each morning & complimentary beverages each evening.

Wednesday January 13 Grand Tour includes: the ALAMO, IMAX Theater, River  Cruise down the Paseo Del Rio, Mission San Jose', founded in 1720, Mission Concepcion built during the Spanish conquest, Japanese Sunken Gardens & Market Square plus we drive by a number of other important sites. (B)

Thursday & Friday,  January 14/15 The Trolley Hop has a

TWO-DAY ticket for you to use the Trolley Service and stop off at various sites to spend more in-depth time as you wish and then re-board the trolley to continue your adventures as YOU wish. (B) both days.

Saturday, January 16  A Charter Bus takes us to the Enchanted Ranch Tour & Lunch. This is a theme park with tractor wagon rides through a wild animal park, cowboy talks, shows by Pistol Packin' Paula, photo ops  with Woodrow, the longhorn, an old west town/movie set & Texas History exhibits, including a Frontier Battalion Texas Rangers exhibit.  (B,L). Monday, January 18 A Hill Country Tour visits LBJ RANCH where we see the "Texax White House."  Lunch will be included before we see the new Nimitz Museum.  In addition, we see a working cattle ranch, true to the way it existed in the 1860's.  See the reconstruction of LBJ's birthplace.  (B,L)
