  The Spirit of Washington Dinner Train had a NEW ROUTE

starting from Tacoma south & eastward toward Mt. Rainier to Lake Kapowsin.           We thought you might like to try them out. 

            However, they discontinued services recently; 

                     SO, we revamped this tour!

Friday, Feb. 8:  We head north through Portland into Washington to Tacoma where we spend two nights at LaQuinta Inn near the Tacoma Dome.  This afternoon we will visit the Museum of Glass.  We will have a guided tour of the museum and have a little time for the HOT SHOPS to watch craftsmen create glass items.  Dinner will be included tonight at a locally famous restaurant. Saturday, Feb. 9:  Breakfast is included with your room.  Enjoy a leisurely morning before heading to Seattle for our Lunch excursion on the Royal Argosy Tour Boat.  This will be a 3 hour sightseeing cruise with a lucious catered meal included.  You will return to the hotel mid-afternoon, giving you time to relax and enjoy the amenities of the hotel, take a swim in the indoor pool   or  shuttle over to the nearby casino.  Dinner will be on your own.  (B,L)

Sunday, February 10: We check-out after breakfast and head toward home.  We will stop for awhile in Centralia at the Factory Outlet Mall which will also give you time for lunch.  There are several places to choose from.  We arrive back home late afternoon.  (B)
