Lakes & Lodges
Sometime Again in the Future

INCLUDED: Escort, charter bus, accommodations, baggage handling, admissions, meals as outlined.

We've done this trip several years ago and it was very popular.

There are a few variations with this one,

so even if you went before, we hope you'll like it again.

Monday, October 2:  We head up I-5 into Washington to Chehalis before turning west to Gray's Harbor and Ocean Shores.  We stop for the night at Quinault Beach Resort & Casino.  The hotel is located right on the beaches of the Pacific Ocean.  We've planned a nice included dinner for tonight.  Besides the nice beach and great rooms, there are plenty opportunities for some fun and gaming if this is what you would like to do.  (D)

Tuesday, October 3:  After breakfast, we head northerly through Gray's Harbor, WA.  Our destination today will be Lake Quinault Lodge, located on the shoreline of Quinault Lake.  This is a lovely spot.  Again we will have dinner included. (D)

Wednesday, October 4:  Our route takes us first along the coastline of Washington, then in-land to see the HO RAIN FOREST.  Box Lunches are included for lunch so we don't have to hurry away from the HO. Later we check-in at Crescent Lake Lodge located on the shores of Crescent Lake.  (L,D)

Thursday, October 5:  Our adventure heads east with a visit to the OLYMPIC GAME FARM just north of Sequim, WA. This is a drive through park with animals who have been in movies. They now live free.  Later we arrive in PORT TOWNSEND, do a little exploring of this historic city and finally check-in at Harborside Inn.  Dinner is included tonight at a locally famous restaurant. (D)

Friday, October 6:  Our route home today will take us across one of WASHINGTON'S FLOATING BRIDGES and across the TACOMA NARROWS BRIDGE before heading south on I-5.  We will stop to visit the NAVAL UNDERSEA MUSEUM at Keyport in the morning.  The museum uses  audio and visual effects to simulate under-sea atmosphere and has a time line illustrating the history of sea exploration.
