Cancellation Policy

In order to avoid cancellation charges for reservations

you have made with this company, we ask that you cancel at least 3 weeks before the trip departure.

Full refund will be given to that point with the following exceptions:

  If we are charged for any items included in the tour regardless of your cancellation, we will have to charge that amount to you UNLESS you have found a replacement for yourself OR if we have a waiting list to draw from.  In those cases, we will refund 100%.

We do not want to ever have to hold back part of your deposits,  but when circumstances arise that cause loss due to your cancellation, we will have no other choice but to charge it to you.

INSIDE of 3 week period there will be a 50% cancel fee unless the losses come to     more than the 50% mark.

Within 72 hours of departure, a 75% fee will go into force. 

For no-shows, you forfeit 100%.

 No refunds will be made for non-completion of a tour. 

Cancellation & Trip Interruption Insurance

We have Cancellation Trip Interruption Insurance available.

You can ask for forms to be sent to you or you can now buy insurance on-line through our web page by clicking on the Trip Insurance button.

If purchased within 2 weeks of your initial trip deposit, it even covers Pre-existing Conditions Coverage includes Trip Cancellation Interruption, Travel Delay, Baggage & Travel Documents, Baggage Delay, Medical Expense, Emergency Medical Transportation, Accidental Death , Dismemberment, and TRAVEL GUARD Assistance.

You may purchase this coverage directly through the insurance company with check, or credit cards. They have a toll free number.
